Hi,

Our server is blue screening on a regular basis and we think we know the
cause but would like to use the crash dump files to confirm this. The
problem is that they are not being saved to disk! I've checked this article
and everything seems fine - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/130536

Does anyone know of any otehr reasons why these may not be being saved?

Hi Jane,

did you had enabled a full memory dump in the advanced system settings ? And
is the page file settings "automatically managed by OS" ?
