Thanks for that. My outgoing feed is fine and the other person can see me without any problem. At the other end they are using an Apple Notebook. All I can see is a static image instead of a video. Video works intermittently with no pattern to when it does or does not work. Do you know what the problem might be ? Appreciate your thoughts. | |||||||||||||||
