A very comprehensive list Brink. However I notice no TeX (an advanced mathematical typesetting system) distributions are listed. The most maintained one for Vista at the moment is MiKTeX.

I personally like Secunia PSI because you can download the update right from it. Unless this program does that, I'm sticking to Secunia.

Threatfire from PC Tools has native support for Vista 32 as well as 64-bit. OBS: there's a service pack issue, it seems. Quote:
