Please help me uninstall something

Like a jerk I downloaded a game from IWin and they installed a gizmo on my bottom tool bar. When I uninstalled it told me it may not have uninstalled properly. So now I go to program files and try to delete the files and it tells me I don't have permission to delete files from my own computer. I'm alread operating as administrator.

OK. if I don't have permission to remove something from my own computer.... who does? Who grants me this big favor?

Hi Barbee,

You are probably not getting permission because part of the program is still running. Right click on the gizmo icon on the Taskbar and click on something like Exit or Close to get rid of the gizmo. If that does not get rid of it, then press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC (Task Manager) and click on the Processes tab. See if you can find the game's exe program listed and click on it to highlight it, then click the End Process button. If you accidentally End Process the wrong program, then you can restart the computer to get it back. Now, try to go into Program Files and delete the files for the game.
