Unable to uninstall a program !

I am runningOS windows vista ultimate 32bit .

When I go to programs and features to uninstall a program all that is displayed is organize and views.

When I click on a program I never see the uninstall displayed. Is this normal !

How can I uninstall programs if it does not display the uninstall feature.

How do I get it out of the administrative or standard so that I may be able to uninstall the needed programs that I am not using
