BSOD in Vista x64

Hello-

Twice already I've received a blue screen that will only linger for a couple seconds, but i managed to make out the error "DRIVER IRQL LESS OR NOT EQUAL." Upon restoring my system, Windows analyzed the error and concluded it was caused by Realtek, yet deduced there was no fix. Does anyone have any idea what's happening or better yet how to address it?

Here's what Windows had to say:
"This problem was caused by Realtek 8101/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapter Driver (RTLH86.SYS), which was created by Realtek Semiconductor Corp.. Currently, there is no solution for the problem that you reported."

Thanks a bundle-

Re: BSOD in Vista x64

*update* I may have figured it out. I stumbled upon this post:

Blog - tchan_4 » Blog Archive » BSOD - Problem caused by Realtek 8101/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapter Driver - Vista 64 bit

Hopefully, it'll work. If not, I'll be back for some advice

Sorry to post so prematurely.
