Re: Windows Mail

Hi Code_One,

Welcome to Vista Forums.

Double check using this tutorial that Windows Mail has all of it's default associations set to it. I have seen reports that Outlook will sometimes make itself the default email program automatically when it updates itself. You would then have to set Windows Mail back again each time.

Windows Mail Default Associations

Also, check this setting in Outlook:
1. Click Tools, then Options.
2. Click Other tab.
3. Uncheck Make Outlook the default........
4. Click OK.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
