VISTA CPU issue

hai evry body......

any ideaw why CPU shows always 100%
even though no programs are running

Hello
Open up the window task manager > select show processes from all users > select Image Name to display alphabetical a - z > View area svchost.exe > look at NETWORK SERVICE could display 3 of them > see which one is using CPU > Highlight it > select r-mouse click go to service(s) one of the three or four services is working too hard.
