64 bit problem PLEASE HELP

    64 bit problem PLEASE HELP

    so I have this problem trying to resolve for days now where it boots up to the loading screen is fine, slows down and stops, then it will bring me to blue screen and restart to the point where it has black screen telling me boot up was unsuccessful, and i can go into all 3 safe modes or boot normally, have tried all of them and non of them even boot, it is very frustrating =(



    Specs
    Nvidia 790i ultra MoBo
    4x1024 GB PNY DDR3
    WD 500 GB HDD
    plextor DVD Drive
    Nvidia 9800 GTX Super clocked
    Intel Core 2 Quad

    Please please please help

    Have you used your Vista DVD and performed a Startup Repair?

    yeah i have an OEM CD, and performed starmup repair, but it says that it cant find an error and for me to just reboot normally, when i reboot normally the above happens

    yeah, i never had it installed so should i jsut not do the starup key thing and do that later?
