Is there free software for Vista that will:

1. Create a PDF printer, and;
2. Allow the editing of tax forms and othe forms that were created in PDF, and;
3, Allow the insertion of blank pages into a PDF document.

I use Adobe Reader 9, great tool for PDF files.

Adobe Reader does not allow one to save the changed file.

I'll take a look, but that list is not coplete, e.g., omits PDF9995 and SCansoft stuff.
