I am looking for possible solutions for my hypothetical, but if everything else fails I will pull out legit version of Panther that has been given to me as " I don't want it any more'
I don't want to go down this road, but if I can not find a solution it will have to do....

I should have been a bit more specific - perhaps it is not seeing the HD because it has already been formatted NTFS? Try GPartEd (or windows Disk management console) to remove the current partition and see if it works with a clean blank space. If not, I suspect that the DVD is looking for specific Mac Hardware that it cannot find.

At that point my hdd drive was just unallocated space... As I said previously just before Darwin bootloader has started it detected a hard drive with hdd111 sore something. Will pay closer attention and post full message
