Help needed

Hi I am new to this forum and have a question that has been bugging me for some time now. I have a problem that has been discussed sooo many times but I guess the one I have is unique, when I open WMP11 it immediately says "Windows Media Player has Stopped Working" I don't have to click anything, it just does it as soon as I open it, I've read that some people say that when they open it they have to open a media file for it to do that mine is just instantly. If I can get to file and click "work offline" fast enough it'll stop that problem, BUT then I can't update my zune, watch internet vids that are thorough wmp, etc. It'll say that it found the problem and it states "This problem was caused by NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller, which was created by NVidia".............................. WTF I have the latest drivers. Someone that isn't mad that this question has been asked a billion times please help me... I've done a lot of reasearch and I just can't fix this problem... Thanks in advance.

try to rollback your video driver and/or uninstall and reinstall WMP or both. I have had no problems with my Nvidia driver that was factory installed but have had problems when updating to the latest drivers (sometimes). I personaly have stopped updating some drivers. If my current drivers are working just fine. I know everyone says and everything you read reccomends that you stay on top of the latest drivers. My policy with my video drivers is as long as I don't have any performance issues I'm leaving mine alone. GOOD LUCK.
