    registry cleaner

What is a good and recommended registry cleaner for vista. It does not have to be freeware. If it's good I'll gladly pay for it. Any input would be helpful.

    Hi Bassfisher,

I like the free version of Wise Registry Cleaner. Never had a problem with it on 32bit or 64 bit Vista.

    hey bassfisher,
ccleaner is definatly the best one. I use it 24/7 and never have a problem!
i install it on everyones computer and they all love it. And the normal disk cleaner is amazing. It will speed your computer up big time and free up a lot of spaced

    Hi bassfisher,

I use ccleaner - never had a problem on x64.

Like Shawn I also use the free Wise Registry Cleaner - it finds more than ccleaner.

I leave the leave the default selection (see pic ), if you tick the CLSID box you'll spend ages working out what to remove

    Hope that helps
