| vista ultimate | hello I downloaded a program from hippo to change pictures/videos fromwat from my cellphone. the computer worked ok the rest of the evening but this morning when my daughter downloaded some pictures the mouse froze up.restarted computer and no help....can't even use mouse to logon.I have vista ultimate on my pc.Thanks M |

I would start by booting into Safe Mode and uninstall whatever program you installed from hippo to see if everything will work fine afterwards.
