| Vista 64 Bit | Re: Junk files Terrific thanks very much. However, I know there is always a "however" but this is not to do with emptying Internet files, no its back to the Search and Destroy program, I just clicked on the icon and it had a small box telling me there are 107 temp files and to click to remove them, but on doing so, I then get that they are in use and cannot be deleted ![]() Jekyll and Hyde |

| Vista Ultimate 64bit SP2/ | Re: Junk files Right click on your drive and select properties then click on the disk cleanup button and select files from all users on this computer then put a check by all of the items you want to clean like temp files, temp internet files etc. |

| Vista 64 Bit | Re: Junk files That bit I have done, but I don't get an option to select files from all users, but I do and have checked all the boxes and managed to remove the files. But the S&D is weird as why can't it remove the temp files, I don't have any programs open so it should surely be able to delete them? Or maybe they are system files? that is the only thing I can think of, but I don't know any of this so I am more than likely wrong lol |
