| Vista Ultimate x64 | uninstall Ok I just downloaded an app called bitripper (for ripping dvd to avi). It wouldn't start up after install so I tried to uninstall it. Its gone from my start up menu as well as from my desktop but the fill is still there in my program files x86. How do I get rid of it completely? |

It should have deleted it but you can just delete it from program files and you can search for bitripper in Search on Advanced Search -Everywhere- Include non indexed files and delete the entries for it. |

| Vista Ultimate 64bit SP2/ | Re: uninstall Sometimes programs don't delete everything when you uninstall them. Did you try and delete the folder. |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: uninstall Thanks for the help. It took me a few trys. I did have to go to the program files, but it wouldn't allow me to delet it. I had to change the properties as administrator from read only. Then I got'm. Kind of a pain in the but. Appreciate the help. |
