I already did that, thats why I wrote because i tried all of that and I still have the same problem! I got into the Services.msc and disable it but it didnt work, the ccleaner removed the program but then windows couldnt found it when i put ctrl+shift+c(daah ofcourse i deleted it) I read this on this forum :" check the properties on that file. Does it have CTRL + SHIFT + C configured as a shortcut key? If so, remove that.

After that point, you should be able to safely restore the HP Health Check to its previous condition, and use CTRL + SHIFT + C without it popping up."

I did it andddd nothinggggggggg! im going crazy here!

There is an easy way to get rid of this problem. Just find the program (HPHC.exe). In Vista just press Windows Start, start typing "hp health check," right-click on it in the list and select Properties, and delete the Hot-Key combo so it says "None." Hit OK and you are good to go.

HP Health Care is already configured for automatic scans once a week. If you want to run it again, in Vista do the above steps except right-clicking on it. Instead, left-click on it or hit Enter if highlighted. Or invoke it from running HP Total Care Advisor.
