Vista - Program Errors?

I tried using this program to shrink my dvd rips, and for some reason i get this message when I try to run it. I can click it and start it but when I find the file for it, it shows up with this. The some thing happens with another program. The programs are Vobblanker and FixCTS. Maybe it has something to do with the .exe, since thats all it has, compared to other programs which have a ton of other files. I also tried opening it in admistrater but nothing works. I don't know whats wrong but help would be apreciated.

Has it always given this error? It mentions MFC. Maybe there isn't the MFC runtime dll on your system?

The program didnt come with a MFC, which i thought was wierd. It just ran with the .exe....

You don't say if it ever ran correctly. So I'm at a loss.

Ya it always did it. I never got to use it correctly. Thats why I dont know what the problem is. It works on xp just fine so I think its just a vista thing.
