I tried to install PrintShop 23 Deluxe on my Vista HomePremium and was told I needed the Microsoft.NET Framework. I followed all the prompts and got a message that said the upgrade patch couldn't be installed by Windows Installer because the upgrade may be missing or may update a different version. Please help! Thank you.

Try this, it worked for me ... I have Vista Home Premium 64 bit.....

Insert The Print Shop Install CD, in our CD/DVD Drive.
Right Click the Icon that represents the drive into which the disk was placed and click Open. The contents of the disc will be displayed. Double Click the
Setup folder. Double Click the 1033.dot.netfx.exe. The installation of Microsoft NET Framework 1.1 will begin. Review the License Agreement and click the 'dot' I Accept...then Click Next. Click to install the Microsoft .NET framework 1.1. When the installation of Microsoft .NET framework 1.1 is complete...a message appears on the screen...Click OK. Then Launch and use
Print Shop, or you may have to continue to install/reinstall Print Shop Deluxe.
