| vista 64 | old okie Having problem installing webshots version 3.1.3.7504 this is the one supposed to be for my vista x64 ... trying to installing it say's error ..internet explorer has to close and does not complete...any help?/ thanks |

| vista64 | Re: old okie Check and see if you have any rogue Internet Explorer processes running On the Task Manager process list, it is "iexplore.exe". If you see any, kill them and then try to run your installer. |
