Hello There!

Just a short courtesy note to advise, and I stand to be corrected, however, to the best of my understanding and as a result of performing various troubleshooting actions, for the first time since Vista was released, I experienced a lengthy delay during "Restart" and "Shutdown".

I uninstalled Lavasoft's 'Anniversary Edition' of Ad-Aware Free (which included the "Ad-Watch Live" Driver, and presto everything was fine once again.

I have since reinstalled Ad-Aware Free, this time without the Ad-Watch Driver option and everything appears to be "normal" again.

Just thought you might like to know.

Thanks and to any Aussies reading this thread, HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY for tomorrow.

Best Regards

Neil
