Paint Shop Pro

Just asking if it's possible to run this on Vista.
I have Paint Shop Pro 7 the 10th Anniversary Edition which I used to have on my XP machine, hubby now has that machine and doesn't need it and as I paid for it I certainly don't feel inclined to disregard it if it's possible to use it on my Vista machine.
I know they have been taken over by someone else and could probably get the answer from them but thought I'd get one quicker here than waiting for a reply from their support

Re: Paint Shop Pro

Hi joan,

Not sure if this is of any help but I can confirm that Version 8 is fully vista & 7 compatible, so would think that your version 7 would be even if you had to run in XP compat. mode.

Actually just had a look round and it seems it works apart from the multiple screen capture mode and you will need to patch the help files

Have a look for some links here ...

Re: Paint Shop Pro

I just loaded PSP7 on Vista x64 last night. I had some old .psp files on disc that photoshop wouldn't open.

it installed fine to program files (x86) and all my layers are fine

PSP 8 sucks. I have that also, but it lasted about 10 mins on my old xp laptop.
