| Vista Home | Ghost 14 Hi I've tried sending this message (my first), but it never appeared. Here goes again. I've stored a Ghost backup for C Drive and D Drive (Recovery) on an external hard drive. My Vista System Restore has stopped working, so I want to restore my computer. Do I have to restore both C and D drives? If so, do I have to restore them in any particular order? Thanks |

| Vista Ultimate x64 sp2, Solaris x64 | Re: Ghost 14 Hello Freddy, If you have image of your whole drive, better is to restore the whole drive from that image. But if you made independently both partitions ( C and D), in that case you can restore just one. I mean the C drive with the OS. Please remember if you have any data which you add after making image, you should backup on the DVD or any other media before starting recovery process. Otherwise this data will be overwrite by previous one. Cheers... |

| Vista Home | Re: Ghost 14 That's great Martee, it's all I needed to know. I didn't find an option on Ghost to produce an image of the whole hard drive, but it sounds as if the images of the two drives I've got will work fine. Many thanks Freddy |
