Vista - software needed

My friend has used some software to make everything in his system change(visually).The taskbar is totally animated with 2 persons putting energy waves.The file copy procedure show 2 persons using energy waves and the intersection point is till where it has completed.all icons are covered by a border which keeps rotating etc.i really want this software but when i ask him he wont give it to me.please can you tell me which this software is(he said its a freeware and he is not telling the name of the software).
its not windowsblinds or objectdock or anything like that.I got a glimpse of him using it and in it we can define how the taskbar should look like.in which manner should icons be kept etc.Can you guys pls tell me which this software is???????????
