Vista - please help

Hi, iv been having problems for a few days now and it is driving me insane, im not able to see youtube clips play online games, when i try it says i need to download a flash player, or java when i do download it doesnt do anything, i have got AVG full version and have a anti mailware, neither picks up a virus, i have also tried to do a system restore but only lets me go back 1 day. please help

Here are the links. Note that Flash can only be installed in a 32-bit browser, and that you need to install both versions of Java (32-bit & 64-bit) if you are using a 64-bit system.

You will need to select the appropriate OS, and, if given the option, I would save the download to disk and run from there.

now as you fixed that how can i make my comp faster? if i try and open another window it takes a long time to open why would that be? and how do i stop popups? i have a popup blocker but they still come up?

do you mean when opening internet explorer? has it started since your update of java? if so this may help

click tools then manage add ons then toolbars and extensions then disable java plugin ssv helper
