Cannot print body of message

ever since I installed SP2 on Vista x64 it seems that Live mail will not let me print the body of any message.

All it prints is: From, Date, To and Subject

Does anyone have an idea how to fix that?

I'll look for a fix here, but in the meantime are you able to copy and paste into a word document? If that's not being allowed, then that might be part of the problem as well.

Thank you for your efforts.
Copy and paste is not a problem, it's what I have been doing for the few emails that I want to print. It's a bit cumbersome though. It is isn't often that I do print messages, I can't be totally sure therefore that it is SP2 that causes the problem, althought that is the only thing that has changed recently.

Have you tried rolling your computer back to before the SP2 update? Did you create a recovery point before installing the update?

yes I did roll back, and it works then, but that can't be the solution:sarc:

It's not such a big problem as I don't print emails very often, but it would be nice to know a) what causes it and b) what's the fix, other than the rather drastic one of not installing SP2.

I have found a solution of sorts...

I uninstalled Live Mail and re-installed it. It works now.

Perhaps we'll never know why.....

In any case thanks for your help.

How do you make this 'Solved' ?
