On-line Video playback stopping & starting

Hi All,
I am having random problems viewing online videos (eg adobeTV and other photoshop education centres videos) and the first of any series usually stops and starts but waiting until it has fully played back and then trying to view it again doesn't work as it keeps clipping after every few words - while others on the same site work perfectly??? Going back to the previous vides after viewing one that worked still results in the same clipping???

It seems to be completely ramdom and from different site to site and contacting the individul sites about these problems resulted in the usual "no help"!

I am running Toshiba X200 laptop with twin SLI Geforce 8600M GT SLI cards and Centrino Dual Core with plent of RAM. I am also running the laptop via wireless b/band connection with a topline Belkin Router (no drivers required)!

Any suggestions where / how I try and fix this very annoyong problem?

Thanks in anticipation.

Might try using an upgraded wireless (G) or hardwire if you can?
