Anti Spyware/Malware

Hi,
Can anyone please advise me, as to what is the best FREE anti spyware/malware software out there??
I am not sure which one is the best?
Can someone please help me. Thanks

Malware Bytes Anti Malware with Spybot has been working good for my system security.

Spybot is free and gives solid real time protection and also it integrates iteself in IE so even if you visit malicious websites, it will let you know.
Malware bytes gives real time protection but with the paid version.

I have triple booted with 3 OS..
I like Superantispyware too but it wont install on My windows 7. .
I use the above mentioned apps for Windows Vista.
Ubuntu do not need any. LOL.

I would not use both cause they conflect with one another.

I m using both on the same computer and they never conflicted with eachother neither they have hampered my computer's performance ever.
