sorry to clarify..I am using a Creative Labs vado...like a flip video...I can not work with anythin on my 64 bit, but can on my 32 bit, no problem. I only get audio, no video!

you need the codecs installed if the video will only play audio and not video.

yes, thnak you I have been all over the place to find them and nobody at all has been able to help. HP,VADO, and my lovely geek tech...any suggestions?

apparently Vado uses the xvid codecs included in the k-lite codec pack
