The winks in Live Messenger are greyed out. They worked just last week and now nothing. Is there an issue with this?? Can someone help me out with this plz...Thx
Winks on Windows Live Messenger don't work

Hello jobu00,
What version of LM are you using ?.
The first thing to do is to make sure "Show emoticons" and "Show custom emoticons" are ticked in Tools > Options > Messages.
Another option, a bit more drastic is to restore your system to a point before all this started happening.
Also run this utility, Malwarebytes, it's a free malware scan. (link below)
Try this and post your results, good luck.

I had this problem and was banging my head against the wall until one suggestion finally worked for me. That was installing Adobe flash player with Internet Explorer
as I have been using Firefox and had just before used Firefox to install it with no help.
But installing with IE worked a charm! All winking and Nudging back in full swing!
