| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Top toolbar I have a Dell Inspiron loaded with vista home premium which came with a very convenient top toolbar. My hard drive crashed so it was recently replace and windows was reinstalled. How do I get the toolbar back? It had shortcuts to word processors, calculator, pictures, music movies, etc.. Thanking you in advance |

Dell (i have an inspiron 1405) doesn't give you a vista disk just a recovery disk, but since you hard drive crashed you are going to have to re-install the utilities that came with it.
