Vista - idm isn't working and i'm freaking out

hi guys i'm new to this awesome site vistax64
and i need a help plz
I'll tell you my problem
i use idm 5.18 to download flv from youtube.com
and when i press the popup button "download this video " nothing happens
and when i use the download by idm from the right click button
it says erorr


my web browser is mozilla firefox 3.5.3

Ive testes both at VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan you can check again if you want.I know I get paranoid nowadays with a lot of programs that site rox.

VideoDownloadHelper. You have to give this a try. It's what i use for ff.

thanks guys but is a bit slower than idm grabber
any clue what the problem is with my idm
cause idm has more advantage and more features
like queuing scheduler and etc..
