DVD Maker is gone

I have Vista Ultimate x64. I used Windows DVD Maker for some dvd title screens a couple times. Yesterday I want to use it again and Movie Maker AND Dvd Maker were both gone.
I have a Vista Ultimate Dvd. Is there any way to get DVD Maker Back with out doing a full re-install???
I don't care about Movie Maker but need DVD Maker.
