Hello

I have Vista 32bit ultimate and a comproDTV DVB-T TV tuner.
The TV tuner software can find all avalibly TV channels, however when
I scan for TV channels in Vindows Media Center I only get a few of the avalibly channels.
I have an additional setup problem which might be related to this issue.
When I will setup the TV channels in Media Center I first have to chose my country. I chose Denmark since I live here, and then Media Center rapidly reply (no time for internet search) that it is not able to upgrade these informations, but will use privius stored informations instead.

I have upgraded the software for my TV tuner card, and are able to record all my TV channels with the TV tuner application in execelent quality.

Please help

Peter

Hey Peter, I don't know the exact problem you are having, but i encountered something very similar, with Windows media centre not being able to find any channels and the supplied tv tuner software having some success.

The problem i was having was it could not download the Guide data as it calls it, the solution I found was to use a externally powered Aerial so that the media centre could detect the channel information and then download the corresponding Guide data, so it could then scan and find the channels.

this may not work for you but its worth a try
