Maple Story incompatible with Vista

So i had maple story about 6 months ago and it worked had no problem or so then i had to reformat my pc and i never installed maple after that so yesterday i download the maple client and and run installation setup and after i click on the maple story exe file and i got a incompatible with my OS which i am running now is vista i even changed the compatibility to Windows XP on the : Patch , Setup , Maple Story exe and even the H shield to Windows XP and nothing happened i am out of ideas on what to do . So what can i do to fix this problem?? Thanks in advance all your help will be greatly appreciated

Hello ringo14,

Welcome to Vista Forums.

Try right clicking your MapleStory shortcut icon,

select Properties,

and click on the compatability tab,

select Windows XP,

and restart.

Are these the stepes you alreasy tried?

Yes i tried that and did't work but it fixed it self with the windows updates so thanks for your helps anyways , sorry if i wasted your time
