Text in Windows Paint

I'm trying to use text in Windows Paint but it keeps coming out blurry. I looked at the letters at 800x and found each one was shaded around the edges with blue, brown and yellow pixels. Is there any way to get rid of the shading without having to go in and manually turn each pixel black?
