wont install any programs.

New Member
ive tried to install blackberry desktop manager
and yahoo messenger, both applications get
to the last step and i receive an error message
and either will install... ive tried restarting,
restore points, nothing works.. :mad:

"the application failed to initialize properly 0xc0150002"

Go to Start / Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Event Viewer and then to the Application Log and search for these errors there. When you find them, click on them for more details and copy the contents and post them in your next reply.

Also go to Start / Control Panel / Performance and Reports, click on see problems to view, and see if there is anything there related to these two issues. If so, click on show details and copy the information and post them in your next reply.
