I just had a similar situation.

Download temporary file cleaner. Set the cleaner on default (the way its downloaded) and remove the cookies and files. You will lose your cookies and have to begint to sign into sites, the first time, but its a great trade off if it works. There is a cookie that gets access to your web cam, you dont want that.

It would be a shame for calmat to loose all his good cookies, after just sorting them under your expert guidance.

But, as you say it is a fair trade of, if no other method works.

Thanks Kesume, with your post, I just realize that Calmat,is the one that I gave the advice, to.
I thought that deleting the cookie would prevent that problem. I told calmat that there was one cookie that I did not like, and that was the one. I thought that deleting the cookie would resolve the problem.
Calmat, take a look at CC, what cookies are there now? Im wondering if it returned.

You are absolutely right richc it would be a trade off.
Just thought if any other method/solution would save his/and your, hard work.

But if 'push comes to shove' it'll have to go!

Calmat, this is the first time that I have really felt so strongly about privacy. You need to take action to stop this. You can try this route, first

This is caused by the cookie that we discussed. Y.timing.com or some such thing.

    richc

A 110% agreement over privacy & getting rid of said 'bogey'.

You need to be in charge of safeguarding your privacy calmat.

I would do what richc expertly advises.
