Sorry, had some real life stuff going on, If you have the dvd , then you want to play it on your computer, correct ? If i read this correct , it should just auto play in your Windows media player .
What i see is this, wife has copies of movies on the dvd, right ? Just need to copy that to a dvd , then it should just play for you , should really be nothing extra to buy, at the most you would need is free codec program, K-lite is free and works very well , if it is needed.
If the dvd player will not make you a copy onto a dvd , then we need to do something else. Post back and lets see if we can get this resolved, i will be on line for a few hours more today, bout 2 pm eastern for me, i will be online til bout 11 pm, so post back and i will assist .
