That means the original uninstall file is either corrupted or has been removed from the computer. It's probably been removed already and the title of the program still remains in the "Uninstall a Program" window. I would install CCleaner and do a registry scan and fix the checked issues and see if it remains... (Which would effectively clear out registry files that remain of uninstalled programs - hopefully allowing you to see the program no longer listed in the programs list)

thank .it is my falt .i install the program or utility twice on top each other .
you all that crap that come with a mother board on the cd like .
asrock oc tuner.
asrock instant boot .
realtek hight definition audio driver .etc.etc.
i never connect my audio .
what if i use fix setup exe program
