Snipping tool and other stuff!!

Well, I have recently installed windows vista home premium, and I can't find many accessories such as snipping tool and paint! I searched in System32 folder and the .exe files don't exist! I tried the "turn features on/off" option but the "tablet pc" option isn't there!!

How can i get these accessories?? I do need them for my work!!

A couple of alternatives:

Everything Search

On Vista indexing really runs the HD. It's implemented much better on Windows Seven(but I have it disabled there too. I'm in the habit of using Everything.)

Paint.NET freeware

I never used regular Paint much. This one has nice forums and plugins.
Just thought I'd toss it out there. I realize you may need to use a particular app. :)

When you search does a msg come up about indexing? If so you indexing service may not be running. Not to be cheeky but the Start menu is different in Vista. Did you scroll down under All Programs? It's just different than XP.
