Is it possible to have some sort of 5ch stereo?

My denon avr3802 has a mode of 5ch stereo, which i REALLY love....

i am wondering if there is a way, driver and what not, that this could be accomplished... I have an nf680i with the internal audio.

i have checked the speaker fill but it does little.

What i want is to hear the same out of my front speakers than my back speakers and have a "surround" sound but that is stereo. Or that you hear the dialog out of the back speakers also....

Hope i made myself clear.

Thanks

Re: Is it possible to have some sort of 5ch stereo?

Depends which music software and hardware you are using as to what you hear really. I use foobar2000 and the kernel streaming plugin. That puts out music to all my 7.1 speakers via digital or normal ouput. ASIO plugin will also do the same thing.
I think that Winamp will do the same, but I don't really use it so cannot comment much on that.
Windows media player is useless with no decent plugins, so don't even try that one!

No mate. As I said, WMP is useless for the type of playback you require.
