Vista - Incoming Microphone Sound Problem

Ok , all sounds are working except i can't hear any incoming microphone sound, I've try with Msn, Xfire , TeamSpeak and Ventrilo .
Im using the integrated sound from the motherboard , is SoundMax Integrated Digital HD Audio, Driver 6.10.2.6110 , I've try reinstalling the driver but it didn't fix anything.
Please if anyone knows anything about this let me know, I used to talk with people over the net about 5 months ago with this same computer and everything worked .

The problem is i can't hear mono sounds , does anyone know any fixes to mono sound?

Mono sounds are no different to other sounds other then the number of channels and the lower bitrate.

I don;t think it's the mono it seems to me to be a seting somewhere.

What sort of headset with Mic is it?

is a FATAL1TY CREATIVE headset , but i also plug my speakers and i can't hear any mono sound's. Now i know is the Mono sound , Msn Sound test is mono , seems all sounds i can't hear are mono. Maybe theres a fix i can do to the registry or a sound codec that fixes it? i just install Voice changer 6.0, it has the Option to change audio from Mono to Stereo and only Stereo works.

SoundMAX audio working fine here...Do you have some audio files that you can use to show us what sounds do or dont play properly?

is fixed , i install ac3filter and i can hear all mono sounds now, but ya i had no sound on any software using mono for audio system .
