Re: Realtek HD Drivers Problem - Jack Sensing

I did it. Trebly. But nothing changed. There is not a sound on TV.
AH, I don't believe this.

From what let me do a picture?

Re: Realtek HD Drivers Problem - Jack Sensing

DVI-HDMI, but may be not too Realtek causes the mistake.

I installed Windows XP, (integrated audio DISABLE) and I inserted Sound Blaster Live 5.1 Digital.

Was a sound, I believed it will be everything perfect finally, and I say it does not interest me an integral sound card.

Then I installed only possibly nForce chipset driver, and at this time already here it on XP with Sound Blaster Live 5.1 Digitall neither was a sound.

Possibly it nForce driver does the mistake.
I may install Windows up now again, and I am listening very much already now when the sound disappears.

Were you audible already from one like this?

For the benefit of other users, please post your solution (and I bet it has to do partially with the fact that you're using a DVI to HDMI converter but not setting your TV to manually get the sound from another source instead of HDMI, which includes audio)....

It was a sound always, only on TV not. I use DVI-HDMI cable for the TV's and the PC'S binding.

I wanted the sound to RCA cable carry it over on.
In this manner the TV on HDMI2 RCA waited for the sign.
The essence: Chipset embedded HDMI audiowhich supports HDMI signal through DVI-D port by using DVI to HDMI adapter.

Since it is the cable in RCA was made to join, in this manner on the HDMI did not catch the sign.

The TV was not because of this sound.

Solution:

- I don't need RCA cable, olny DVI-HDMI cable.
- In BIOS must enable DVI-HDMI audio
- And in the Windows must HDMI DIGITAL output use!
For Windows isn't this the default output but normal digital output.

I don't understand it, if in BIOS I disabled the HDMI-DVI audio why wasn't on then RCA sound, but with the above method whatever perfect.

I did not write the solution down because I am not too good from English.
I hope for it you understand the essence because of that.

No worries - if anyone needs a translation I will help them.

In the meantime, the reason, I suspect, that it would not transfer sound to the TV because the TV sensed an HDMI input - and tried to get audio from HDMI only. You need to configure TV to not use HDMI Audio and use RCA audio instead.

A solution is a yes, it.
But I don't know it momentarily how is needed.

But that essence that in this manner good, and with at least a cable less.

Other cable is needed in that manner there if I bind it onto 5.1 system.

This is good for me now in this manner.
