| Vista Ultimate 32 bit | Help, PLEASE! Ok, so I am running Vista Ultimate 32 bit. My issue is with my headset... The mic will not work. Upon looking into the problem, apparently the Mic jack is seen by Vista as a "Front Jack"... Problem is, my computer HAS no front jack, and when I plug the mic into the rear jack, nothing happens. Any ideas? Oh, the sound card is reffered to as a "High Definition Audio Device". |

| Vista Ultimate 32 bit | Re: Help, PLEASE! ok, so i got a different sound card, plugged it in... and Vista won't even see te new card! I know it works, because I took it out of another computer in the houser and it was working before I removed it. It is a Creative Live 5.1 card.... Anyone got any ideas that could help me??? Or should I just upgrade back to XP? |
