Hi jc,

Welcome to the Forum.

Never seen one of these before, Try right clicking on the speaker symbol in the notification area, select Playback Devices, You should be able to select the speaker device that you want to use.
Right click enable/disable Hide/unhide
Left Click will allow you to configure the device after selecting Configure
Properties will also give you some options

I hope this helps

I did that but still not working, I have a HP monitor with HDMI cable going to the tower. The internal speaker is coming from the monitor itself. I disabled the HDMI audi and clicked on other speakers, when I clicked the test, the bars goes up and down but no sound. I called HP but they can't help since they don't support external speakers. Called Bose and they can't help me either. Oh well.. will keep trying. Thanks.
