ALC272 possible for 4 speaker (quadrophone)?

My Laptop (Toshiba A355D-S6930; Vista HP 64bit) using ALC272 (6.0.1.5689) Realtek soundcard and only have a mic and a headphone jack.

Is there anyway to change the mic input for stereo-rear speaker output?
I tried all way to get it, but none.. nothing...
(windows sound in CP, etc.. etc... still show stereo output only...)

Thx in adv... Thankiess...

you need to find out if your mic records in stereo, otherwise you will only get 3 of the 4 channels, plug a set of headphones into the mic and use recording software to find out if its stereo or not, (before you are slightly confused, headphones are effectively microphones) speak into one clearly and speak into the other, playback and if you hear both channels, then all you have to do is open up realtek audio manager, double click on mic (pink) and set it to rear out.
yours will only have panel on it, not front and rear, so ive arrowed both just for principal

of course, you can get full 5.1 via USB, you need to look around at your local retailer, im not sure about indonesian stores to buy computer components, but heres an idea of what to look for 70SB109000002 - Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 - Scan.co.uk
