Hello everyone,

Ive been experiencing this issue for about a mouth now. Anytime I stream a video from youtube or even netflix and put it in full screen My video shutters a little but the sound lags. It makes crackle noises and stutters. im not to sure what has caused this issue. I used to be able to watch anything in full screen without this happening.
On youtube i can fullscreen at 480p anything higher this issue acts up. I used to watch stuff at 1080p FS without any issues.

I have recently browsed your forums. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall Flash
I have tried Microsoft MrFixit which could not detect any issues. I believe I have the latest drivers. Any information need I'm more then welcome to give. If anyone could help or suggest anything it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Welcome to the forum.

Hmm, Your ystems decent, though ageing.

I'm doubting you've every cleaned it out, the dust that is.

Can you d/l CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

It will let you see all your temperatures, video card and processor. You should let it run for a few minutes, then startup the video for a bit.

It will tell you the highest temp you get.

Its possible that youre working the card harder and so its heating up which makes stuttering.

Have you updated to the newest drivers for your video card?

Try theses: NVIDIA DRIVERS 280.26 WHQL If you are not updated over 265.xx

I do have the latest grfx driver. NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 280.26
I have not dusted the inside of my computer lately. I have done it just not in awhile.
The report I attached and image is a youtube video I streamed in fullscreen at 1080p. The image is were the temps stayed consistent. I let the video run for 5mins with the pogram.

Like I said I dont know how this started. It never used to do this. Any other information you need I shall give you. And settings on my pc I have not changed either. the resultion as always been at 1920x1200pxls in hdmi. if that means anything.

You're getting very close to your cpu's max temp. You might want to try running with the side open and see if it cools down abit.

Yha unfortunately the c2q only are below 70C... Then they shut off. You're probably downclocking to cool off.

I'm assuming your systems 3yrs old roughly, so this isn't a surprise or even uncommon.

Not sure your tech ability, but its probably a good time to take off the cpu cooler, clean it well, and remount with new themral paste, aka TIM.

This here is a great vid on it.

dust, get a new, soft paintbrush and clean out your fan that is on your CPU, the temps of your GPU seem quite toasty as well, i've got mine upto 85c and after that it starts to shut my PC down, and with yours at 75c i'd be getting slightly worried.
