Hi ref346,

It would depend on the computer model that is present with you. For example, if it is Dell, go to support.dell.com and select the computer model and update the drivers.

If it is HP then go to HP support website.

For any clarifications feel free to contact me.

Hi ref346,

Is it a Laptop or Desktop that you are using?

If it is a Laptop, on the top cover it would have the Manufacture’s name (like HP, ACER..etc).

Or you can follow the steps to know the Computer Model:

1. Click Start
2. Press the “Windows key + R” to launch the run window.
3. Press Enter.
4. Type "msinfo32”.
5. Press enter.
6. Check for System Manufacturer, System Model and System Type

For any clarifications feel free to contact me.

Hi ref346,

Create a new user account and ensure that it is an Administrator account and check if the issue is persists in the new account. Please use the following link for detailed instructions to create a new user account: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/93009-user-account-create.html

Try to Perform System Restore (only if Software Configuration Changes were made) providing the link for your reference: System Restore - Microsoft Windows

NOTE: With system restore you will not lose any data from the computer, any new programs installed in the computer you would need to reinstall the programs back on the computer.

Please post the results.
