Vista Tutorial - Whats the Best Antivirus/ Security Suite??

I have Norton Internet Security 2008. I haven't had an issue with it being slow/sluggish.

ESET Smart security,is great and doesn't take a lot of disk and resource space

not insulting, had it uninstalled an re-installed in a short time, it was norton tech support that took a month to tell me what had guessed and sorted

thanks for not taking the time to read what I had written and then assumed I had written something else.....

Would recommend norton to anyone who has lots and lots of ram, does not play fps or any intensive games and wants the simple life

Do you consider 2gb LOTS of ram, that is mine and Norton is still quite capable of handling anything including your fps or whatever, you want to try looking elsewhere for your problems,

Running Norton 360 since last yr...runs MINT, and I like the firewall interface...easy to understand.

2gb is what I use on XP box, it is imho the bare minimum to run vista on, running 4 GB personally

fps = First Person Shooter games like call of duty 4 and the like that seem to suffer with firewalls checking every file use just in case it is a virus

Well I can run games OK so it can't be Norton, it looks like a firewall problem.

PS. Don't use the Norton firewall, stick with Vista one.

Norton firewall is too good, Vista's is more forgiving.

What's so hard to understand Norton's firewall?? I'd prefer Norton's over Vista.
I tweaked it nice...no problems
